What Secondary do you use in Destiny?
Heyo Community,
What's your main Special Weapon archetype do you use? Simple post and simple question.
Especially with the new changes that came to PvP, I'm wondering what has changed, if anything.
[u][b]I did not put a "all of the above" poll option because it irks me. "AotA and Other" options on polls take away the data from the "pure poll" options.[/b][/u]
I use Fusion Rifles, primary Ashraven's Flight. On my Warlock.
I've got the Flight with Rangefinder, Accelerated Coils/Braced Frame, and Rescue Mag.
Rescue Mag comes in handy!
Used to run a Full-Auto Felwinters, but now primary run a Fusion. Still a master at shotties, and I'm trying to improve on sniping.
Comment what you use and what version of the gun it is!

Sniper Rifles since The Dark Below

Black Spindle or Uzume RR4 (Performance Bonus, Rifled Barrel, Mulligan) for my sniper. Normally I like either my Deidris's Retort (Life Support, Smallbore, Performance Bonus) or the Chaperone for a good shotgun and I prefer Iron Wreath (Zen Moment, Hot Swap, Snapshot) for Sidearm. Telesto or Thesan FR4 (Replenish, Hand-Laid Stock, Rangefinder) are good Fusion Rifles. As a side note Performance Bonus and Mulligan activate frequently. Got a pretty sick Patch-A for my Titan that has Crowd Control, Rangefinder and Rifled Barrel.

Shotguns mostly in pve and pvp, but sidearms are really fun in crucible, I prefer snipers for rumble

I've actually loved sidearms in this tale of balance. I have warlock melees for real close, sidearm for close to mid range and mid to long with my pulse.

1 ReplyI use Nlb and ironwreath which is bae. Its my 3v3 set up, and mostly my 6v6 set up. However, I will say that sniper rifles have been what I have used since week 1.

Whatever one has the highest light and that's my crap shotgun I got from the Winters Run strike.

I like the Nlb and will use it with a sidearm or shotgun depending on the map but on large maps I will use a secondary sniper because of the better range, also it's boring to stick to the same loadout

Still use snipers. Praying for a longbow or ldr soon. The extra ammo nerf to 1000 yard was unnecessary.

3 RepliesEdited by RingersCheckmate: 4/15/2016 5:53:06 PMI used to run a sniper religiously in year 1. However when TTK dropped I got my mitts on a chaperone. Since then my shotgun grimiore skyrocketed. I will use a thesan fusion rifle every once in a while, though.
