**This chapter is from JJ's view.**
I didn't have to search too far to find Sarah. She was inside the building, where the Heavy ammo spawns nearby where you have to jump the rail to get to be special ammo.
Sarah was sitting there, staring blissfully at a sketch. She didn't notice that I was standing there.
I walked over to her, peeking over her shoulder. She still didn't notice. Or she didn't mind. In her right hand, was the drawing. In her left, a handwritten note.
I studied the drawing closely. It depicted a Titan, wearing no helmet, in a set of armor I have never seen before. The Titan's mark was a bright orange, with a hammer woven into it. The ghost in the drawing looked like Delphi was stuck in the paper.
The Titan was holding a flaming hammer, which I assume was powered by Solar Light. The Titan was infused with the same energy as the hammer.
The picture appeared to be drawn using some form of marker, and colored pencils. There was some writing on it, in the bottom right corner. It read: October 2, 2016. Sarah McKenzie; There was more writing after "McKenzie," (My guess was the person who drew it signed his/her middle name on it.) but, I could not decipher what it read.
More disturbing/confusing: I realized that the Titan drawn was only myself. From my pale skin, to my rugged blond hair. Arc-blue eyes and a smirk on my face.
I silently examined the letter Sarah clutched in her left hand. Written in cursive, it read,
October 9, 2016
To James Jason "JJ" Smith-
I drew this in my 13th birthday, to gift to you, today on your 13th. You know my fanaticism about that video game- Let's be honest, the Hawkmoon too- so I drew you. I know you have a flame that forged your will, heart and mind. Atlas, you are a Sunbreaker. Please keep this. I spent all day working on it. Remember me when you look at it.
Your Friend,
Sarah.
P.S. I have a copy of it. You have the orginal, if this note and the drawing. Of in any event that we are separated, with our memories erased, we can find each other. These items will always return to your pocket.
Lunar broke the silence, "You know, that looks exactly like your handwriting."
Sarah sighed, "That's because it is my handwriting, from centuries ago. Funny how it hasn't changed a bit between then, and now."
"Somethings never change. Why do you keep this stuff anyway?"
"For some reason, it helps me focus."
"You did a good job drawing this. Assuming that you did."
"Of course I drew it. I wonder what video game I was talking about in the letter."
I suddenly found a pocket, under my mark. In it was three folded up pieces of paper. I grabbed one of them. I unfolded it. My eyes widend as I unfolded the final fold.
It was the sketch. The original. An exact copy.
I was frozen in shock. Delphi was immediately worried, "JJ -Or should I say James- are you okay?"
Sarah rose onto her feet. Now, she compared the sketch in her hand, to the one in my hand.
"It-it can't be," she stuttered, "Luck. It has to be luck. Or a curse."
"No," I replied, "Not luck, or a curse, fate. Must have been our destiny."
