In your OP you never disqualified other types of physics. You merely stated that DC physics were in play and would allow the flash to go insanely fast. "Faster than light travel is allowed, this is DC physics." The subject in that sentence is "faster than light travel", and without any other sentences connected to it (as it is a bulletpoint in a list), the word "this" would refer to the subject; faster than light travel. Here are your options: A. Rewrite your rules so your flash wins B. Admit you lost. You cannot beat the force.

  • Ok. Well even if it is Palpatine would lose. Never once has any force user been shown to use the force without a hand gesture. Books, comics, games, movies, TV shows. And the flash could reach them before light were to move from one atom to the other end. And in another attosecond kill them and phase through them.

[/quote] Not true http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aV2DLkDPwM8 http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr3U3DqYaKQ Plus Luke uses the force on Dagobah without moving or gesturing to do so. That's three instances in which force users much weaker than Sideous manipulating things and/or people without gesturing. One of which is Vader literally killing a man he's just thinking about.

  • But that's not canon anymore, and can be dismissed fairly easily

  • Ok then. Let's look at the scientific side of perceiving information. For example if you don't know. Time is all relative. So the only reason the flash can perceive information so slowly is because he is vibrating at such a fast speed at all times. So unless Palpatine was faster than light at all times. He wouldn't be able to perceive the flash moving. And even with Palpatine could perceive information instantly, then the flash would be able to travel faster than instantaneous as he did in the human race comic. So if Palpatine can perceive things happening that technically haven't happened until the flash stops moving, let me know

He can. The force is constant and unrestrained by time. The force is now, the past, and the future. Literally everything is the force. You cannot escape it, and by effect you cannot escape him. Literally the instant the very moment the Flash thought to attack Sideous via super speeding his way over to the Death Star, the Emperor would already know about it and react immediately. The only reason he doesn't do this in the films to wipe out the rebellion is because the light side of the force is cloaking the rebels from his powers because of the surviving Jedi. But your rules state no other characters can intervene, so the flash is doomed the moment he tries anything.

  • Correct me if im wrong but palpatine was killed by a sneak attack. A non force based sneak attack. That would make him either incredibly dumb or not as strong as you claim

  • He was killed while surrounded by force users, and whil experiencing a high. He was elated because he thought he was about to kill off the Jedi and the rebels. He was distracted and his force senses were clouded.
