I didn't get a box for my Hunter. Although, I had to go through an actual activity to get one for my Titan. Didn't have anything waiting for me at the postmaster. Was there one that was supposed to be at the postmaster?

Yes. It is account bound, so don't worry about getting it on multiple characters.
