I was only able to get the sterling treasure on my Titan. My warlock and hunter have nothing at the postmaster and can't earn them through the respective activities either.

Yeah same thing I got 2. So is it suppose to be one a week per 3 characters or 1 for each character every week?

From my understanding, each character is supposed to get hooked up at the postmasters. You then have additional chances to get one by doing the weekly crucible and prison of elders matches.

U can only earn them per account not per character

Not true. Most of my friends got more than one.
