After doing allittle investigating on the forums, some people are having the same problem when turning in the Elders Sigil, it cancels out any other vendors that you have ranked up on not granting your rep. Rewards, thats what happend in my case when I turned in my 30 & 90k rewards cancelling out Variks and Vanguard reputation Rewards.
