Cant turn in with finesse and speed
Went to talk to Holliday to turn in quest and I am unable to get my rewards. Tried going to orbit and come back but still no luck.

same I just did it and it won't drop

Same here. I have the quest finished and ready to turn in but when I talk to Amanda Holiday, the quest reward is not visible. Therefore, you cannot complete the quest and receive your sparrow .
