Was originally supposed to be from Regicide mission, but no one got it due to a error I believe. So they made it to where all the year one ships that you got from strikes are now from Vanguard packages.

I have not got any ships from vanguard and I am at rank 55-60 on all my characters! RNG sucks!

Yeaa, The Ships you want have a extremely low drop rate for some reason.
