I can say with almost absolute certainty the new crucible meta will be Suros Regime. For people who were not around at the beginning of Y1 or don't remember when Suros reigned, autos before the December update used to do 38 crits and it took 6 shots to kill a full health guardian. From looking at weapon tuning video, the changes to Suros bumps up its crits to 35 (when using Focus Fire). That's still 6 shots to kill a full health guardian. Dust 'em off, people. Get ready to hear that familiar sound again in every match you play.
