Toby Turner AKA Tobuscus, raep allegations
Saw this on drama alert and it's just crazy...... I used to always seen him as this cool guy but I guess you never really know someone until you actually meet them.... there is 'proof' with texts and other youtubers backing up the accuser... if you watch Philip defranco or drama alert Toby Turner may be doing an interview with them.

No I do not watch drama alert, the only reason I found the video was cause I heard youtubers making fun of drama alert and decided to look it up and see what it was for my self and I saw this -blam!- allegation video and now a bunch of other youtubers are talking about it and I thought, hey why not post it to see people's thoughts? So... Yeah, )>°>)
I replaced the drama alert video with a much more reliable youtuber, Philip DeFranco who actually goes deeper into it.

Has she been to the police? If not why not? If not, she must be thinking there is a chance they won't believe her. They will only disbelieve her if there is no evidence of a crime. There will only EVER be no evidence of a crime if none was committed. Her own doubt proves his innocence.

1 ReplySo its an allegation, i guess that means its true! When the hell did crazy women get the power to blame a guy for -blam!- and ruin his whole reputation, life, and how others view him even if its not true? If he did do it then yes he is a bastard but an allegation is not proof under the law, it has to go to court and be proven. But regardless of what happens now his reputation will suffer and his life will be potentially ruined. Its just like the Duke lacrosse -blam!- scandal. Even though the accuser came out after and admitted to it being a lie the students still got their scholarships revoked, their coach was forced to resign, and they were suspended before anything was proven and it all ended up being false. Thats all it takes to bring someone down is a accusation of -blam!- with no proof. How about they are brought down after its been proven that the -blam!- did occur and not from just a claim. Idk if its true or not, only time will tell but those here rushing to instant judgment should read whats happen to these lives from accusations that ended up being false. I don't believe these r@pe allegations. Why is it that whenever one comes up, a million more follow. I don't believe that Tobuscus would do something like that. I used to watch him quite a lot.

What really sucks is that his entire life/career is now completely ruined by allegations. It's ruined by things that may or may not be true, and that just really sucks. So many people just hear these things, and act as if they are absolute facts, which isn't always true. Also, why the hell would the people not go to the police with their report? Why the hell would they go to tumblr and YouTube, unless they were specifically trying to ruin his life.

There is nothing positive about any of this that could be added to our community. I wish this topic to be locked and hope no one experiences this shit crime.

She most likely made the story up and is getting her friends in to gang up. It's just like that one YTer who was called a pedo and then literally everything was debunked. I don't believe a Tumblr post for a second. It sends up dozens and dozens of red flags.
