Exotic Engrams now guaranteed to give item with Light higher than your character's total Light Level !!!!!

Exotic Engrams now guaranteed to grant an item with Light value higher than players total Light[/b]
Finally!!! Hopefully this means no more 265 Light items from engrams when opened on my 298 Ligh Level Titan!!! Even if it is only up to 310 for those engrams it is still better than it is now and hopefully this means that once you are at or above Ligh 310 all engrams will give items at Level 310 or possibly higher!!!

Edit: Only exotic Engrams follow this new rule. Still better than before.

They should read as follows. * Exotic Engrams now drop items up to 335 Light * [b]Non[/b]-Exotic Engrams now drop items up to 310 Light [b]* Exotic Engrams create Items with a Light value higher than the player’s current total Light, up to 335.[/b] Exotic engrams are going to take a look at your total Light and give you an item that has a higher Light value. You will not always get a higher Light item than what's in an individual slot. Example: you are 320 Light but already have a sweet 335 Helmet. You might still receive a 321 Helmet.
