I bought the legendary edition and didn't get my lvl 25 boost
I bought the game and was ready to go start a new player when it didn't have my lvl 25 boost in the post master it's been a month now

According to your profile you've deleted 11 characters. The Spark of Light shows up at the Postmaster of the first character you log in right after you purchased The Taken King. If you deleted that character before picking up the Spark of Light, then the Spark is gone, and [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy/en/Help/Article/12211]Bungie cannot restore this Spark of Light nor grant you a new one[/url].
