Nobody would rent to me and I was afraid to ask for help because of my dads threats. I spent to very cold winters, and terribly hot summers in that car. I got put into a self paced program and finished two years of school in two months thinking it would help. All it did was give me more time to feel miserable alone by myself. Was working full time after that, had no rent to pay, bunch of extra money, so I turned to drugs. Bottom line, my life is much better now, things can get better, if you want them to. It's not easy, it takes time, but things will get better

I have a 3.5 gpa without caring at all, one of the strongest guys in my class as of now, very popular, never used drugs, and I can talk to girls easily. And I couldn't be more miserable. my dad is an abusive alcoholic and my moms in denial and I have diagnosed manic depression. (I say diagnosed to confer that I'm not an attention seeking bitch). My friend who is also popular athletic etc tried to off himself with a Bowie knife but didn't go through with it (thankfully, we already had a kid die by jumping hills at 100 mph on gravel, and for a highschool with 360 kids through 4 classes 1 death decimated us. Two would be horrendous). I know that your life is probably worse, but hey, anybody struggling can help each other out a lot.
