I can't remember the rocket launcher and it's horrendous perks but the members of my fireteam all apologized for how crappy it was. They had nothing to apologize for they just thought it was that bad. I think the worst drop I have seen someone else get was a @#$%ing horn package. Horn packages and emote packages should never have been added to the Nightfall loot table. The Bungle employees that thought it would be a good idea should never be allowed to reproduce and any offspring they have had should never be allowed to reproduce.
