You forgot to mention anything about the downside to overflow. Overflow is only active while super is charged. That is a pretty big trade off.
What is the Fab Strat's downside? If I get to close to my enemy my gun magically become a Doctrine of Passing.
Although I do think the muzzle flare on Fab Strat needs to be nerfed. Every time I pull the trigger I can barely see what I'm shooting at.

Well, I tried your strategy, but I was still outmatched by most of the primaries. The weapon only works for me between shotgun and fusion rifle range. Although muzzle flash may be a major factor the inaccuracy.
