I've in my schools football team, and because of that, we have to workout off season, but then I do play a fair amount of video games, people told me drinking Protein Shakes help you grow muscle faster. So I'm trying to find some Protein powder that helps me after a workout, on some work outs website, they advertise GFUEL. When I saw this, I'm like "isn't that a gamer drink" and thought it might have a good amount of protein in it, when I looked at the Nutrition Facts label, I see no sign of protein anywhere, so I'm asking all of you who workout, does GFUEL contain protein, if so, how many grams of it are inside

7 RepliesYou can't just take supplements and get jacked. They're called supplements for a reason. You need to change your lifestyle, diet especially, if you actually want to build lean muscle. This is literally my area of expertise, I'm a personal trainer. I've transformed fatties into jacked dudes with 6% body fat and trained some "hard gainers" into the 1000 lb club. If you're actually serious about getting ripped then PM me.

3 RepliesI can't help you with that, but I can recommend a different protein. Syntha 6 is the best tasting protein I have ever had. It tastes exactly like a vanilla milkshake, and it has about 25-30 grams of protein per serving.

5 RepliesNo. Don't use that. Get isolates and make sure you like the taste. And unless you get it within an hour of the workout, you are better off buying real food and eat before bed. There's a lot of science behind it if you want to hear it, but it will help with recovery. More so than a shake past the hour or so mark. Do your research as well. Remember to never just trust someone trying to sell you something.

Basically what the guy below said. Get whey protein Isolate.

I've never tried it. Honestly though if you want a good protein powder go with just about any Whey Protein product. I recommend gold standard. Don't just rely on the protein powder to get bigger muscles/ stronger either. Your diet plays a huge role. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Gfuel is just an "energy drink" or somewhat "healthier" alternative

If it doesn't have it on the label it's safe to assume that it doesn't..
