Do you lose reputation progress when you switch factions?
Alright so i'm edging a few factions in anticipation of the April update and while doing this weeks Iron Banner, I noticed that I was gaining a lot of rep, much faster than I was expecting. So much so that I am actually about 20 rep from a Dead Orbit rank up. I switched to New Monarchy and i'm wondering if the progress will still be saved for Dead Orbit. Just to be clear, i'm asking if the progress to next rank will be lost, not if the actual rank will be lost.

1 ReplyHello SirSkedarm Switching over factions does not reset any faction whatsoever. All reputation pools, (aside from Iron Banner) do not reset.

Nope. Next time you switch to Dead Orbit you will still be 20 Rep away from a Rank Up. Reputation stays.
