Exotic Perk: A Kell's Strides
Replaces slide with a short distance teleport (similar to a fallen captain's sidestep). Cannot stack with blink. If blink is active, grants kneepads.

This would be good if it didn't refer to The Hive in the flavor text and name and then refer to The Fallen in the exotic perk. :/

Chelchis was a Fallen. Or rather, an Eliksni before the Traveler abandoned them.
