Sterling treasure?
3 packages per character a week or 3 packages per account?

From what I understand and have noticed from the past is any gifts in your postmaster "Ex, Crismon 320 ghosts, sparks of light ect" are account based so you'd get one. However, since we're getting sterling from the 41 POE and Shaxx I'd say we get those on each character just like you can do your weekly crucible bounty on each character now. So if you have three characters, thats 7 sterling packages per week. 2 each character and the one in the post master. But who knows

Hopefully its per character so you have more of a chance getting taken armor on all characters without buying it
