Let's think of exotic warlock boots
Void runner
Not even light can escape a black hole
Black Hole: vortex grenades blind enemies passing through temporarily
Void surplus: Gain an additional vortex grenade
Other perks: Increase discipline
Increase intellect
Rocket launcher ammo
Sniper rifle ammo
Infuse
Twist fate

The Theories of String "Their is always order to be found in chaos" Exotic perk: enhances the radius of the vortex frenade, any any enemy caught in the grenade recharges all voidwalker abilities. The longer the duration caught within the more effective the recharge.
