So in order to get Taken and the Chrono aka "Tron" armor you need to earn Sterling Treasure and to earn that you need to do both level 41 PoE and one weekly Crucible match. Anyone tired of the "must PVP" for gear/weapons? And let's be fair any PVP folks tired PVE is tied to some items? I personally can do PVP but I just do IB normally and I can do this but feel it's Bungie trying to keep their PVP servers more filled. I just think some folks who shun IB will be somewhat annoyed...again. Also it's the principle of the thing that people have to run two events for a weekly reward.
Edit: Yes I can do pvp. Sure it you miss out on ONE a week but still. More people avoid PVP than PVE.

Haha I'll just buy it

2 RepliesYou also get one from the post master at each reset. It depends how fast you want to do it all. If you have three characters you can easily get by without touching Pvp. Even if you do its one match a week. It's hardly a chore.

I'll just buy silver. Apparently you can get sterling treasure from Everest trading. Costs 200 silver each

I only like pvp. But it doesnt seem like there is anything worth coming back in terms of pvp. Did I miss something? Any new maps? Any fixes to some classes? Weapons rerererebalanced?

1 ReplyIt's not a big deal. It's the exact same thing for legendary marks. If you don't want to play PvP, you don't have to. It just takes a little bit longer to get the gear you want

You realize that you can get at least 3 per week right...

1 ReplyIt's it's just one match then whatever, I'll play one match. Not like it's "Get 50 kills with a RL. Death resets your progress" or anything like that.

1 ReplyYou seriously can't do one match?

I will wait and see what kinda balancing will take place before jumping into PvP again, right now it's horrible, if they balance it out alright to where it's like pre-thorn era then I will probably give it another shot.

4 RepliesThen just do the crucible match -_-
