It drops at level 3. With normal armor perks. You have to [i]play[/i] to get the infusion fuel. Besides, you can get 3 of them [i]every[/i] week.

I'm ok with it being bought if it's generic enough. How ever if it has perks that change gameplay that will make me a little salty. They did promise that nothing would be purchased that would change gameplay.

Glad I'm giving my money to digital extremes and WARFRAME....Rather know what and when I'm paying for gear still have to grind for the mastery ranking to be able to buy high end guns and such no rngesus bullshit so far and constant updating and communication,trading,selling,and the public matchmaking for pve is top notch imo. Still gonna be here though cause Destiny still has one more straw to break the camel's back with....D2 if they -blam!- that up MUMMRA THE EVERLIVING,will be EVERLEAVING for good
