I'm trying to do it on the Summoning pits, by using my super on wave two acolyte majors on right and then wiping to respawn them. The only downside is that the matchmaking always brings somebody in that ruins my flow. Is there a better way to grind this out, or do I need to convince 2 of my friends to waste 15 minutes of their lives in my fireteam so that no randoms join?

By far the best strike for this is the Undying Mind. There is the whole stairs part that is usually swarmed with majors and if you don't get it done there, during the boss fight a bunch of majors spawn in several times throughout and in a very tightly packed group.

First room of the omnigul strike
-
Omnigul beginning
-
Or when you spawn in Cosmo, do downstairs to the spot with 3 yellow hives. 2 act and a knight should spawn
-
The undying mind

Kill the 2 yellow bar knights before the phogoth fight

Summoning pits is definitely the go. Equip alpha lupi and wait on the high platform on the right hand side. When the witches come out smash them. No one really hangs out up there. Should get 8 orbs each. time.

Find two friends and load up the Sepiks Prime strike. When it starts have your friends just run around the beginning area while you sparrow to the original patrol area and kill the three yellow bar Knights just left of the spawn. Once you've farmed ten just complete the strike as normal
-
Have extra orb exotic armour on. Go to steppes and the 3 yellow bar hive down the stairs. Farm them.

Do undying mind

2 RepliesHow do you do this with a warlock. I've had this quest since ttk came out n never finished it

4 RepliesFor Devils lair, I abandoned the strike, went to the Steppes. Went in the bunker underneath and fist of havoked the 3 yellow bars

Warlock with light beyond nemesis. Novabomb ze enemies

1 ReplyUndying mind for sure, and the special quest version usually puts you in solo so all targets are yours. Can be a bit of a pain to finish solo, but I am no God and I have done it 6-7 times.

They don't respawn as quickly as they used to but it's not too bad. Yeah, you may piss off the two randoms with you but it's a legit way to complete it.

For me, undying mind at the end when all those yellow precursors spawn has worked well.
-
Undying mind bro
-
Undying mind has many opportunities.
-
I did sepiks prime and went back to patrol area and down the stairs where the 4 major hive spawn and killed them, then finished the strike.

Omnigul with a fireteam. Group up all the thrall in the first room. Use super, with Lupi or Nemesis on. Have your teammates kill the next wave with their super so you get yours back. Then, if there is still thrall left, super again. If not, wipe and repeat (if you wipe, it still counts towards the quest) #TitanMasterRace

Using a helmet that lets you generate more orbs, load The Devils Lair, ignore the strike and return to the Steppes. Locate the 3 Hallowed Hive and use your super. It worked for me with the Voidwalker quest.

*it was the undying mind*

I did mine on The Sunless Cell.
