Ether seeds

7 RepliesOn earth, one of the first missions you do when you have to kill a fallen boss (he's an ultra). I think the mission is titled "restoration." Kill the boss, but leave at least one red bar enemy alive. Leaving one red bar alive will guarantee that specific part as your checkpoint for that level so you can do it over and over again. Go to orbit, and do it again. I got over a hundred doing that. It's a low level mission, so it goes by real fast. Good luck!

Go up to the ultra in winters run, I believe it's called, and kill the yellow vandals(can drop ether seeds), then take the boss(a level 14 archon) down to just a slice of health and blow him and yourself up with a rocket. He is guaranteed to drop at least one ether seed. When you respawn, right outside his door, the ether seed is still there and you repeat the process. People used to do this to farm exotics by popping 3 of coins here but you can farm ether seeds here too.
