What's Gandhi Hopping and How does it benefit a player?
Is it just jumping or is it a special type of jump?

I just wanted to know what it was because i've been hearing a lot about it lately. I love people that ghandi hop. They often forgo strafing in favour of bobbing their head a milli inche up and down and then I kill them.

1 ReplyYou can't strafe and hop at the same time. If you have a good strafe you won't have to jump at all.

well in plain english, when you jump you [b]rapidly[/b] hit the crouch button while in the air. What happens is that you are literally crouching up and down while you jump making it harder for your opponant to get the fatal headshot. One thing to remember is that for a ghandi hop to work, you need to have your crouch button on "toggle crouch" (the one where you have to hold down the stick to stay crouched) it won't work the other way if i remember correctly.
