Doesn't let me sign in, it states "Your permission to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere."

This happens sometimes. Check your console privacy settings. If this doesn't work I suggest trying to reset your router. Some times the router can block these sort of things. So try resetting your console. Then if that doesn't work turn your router on and off
