1000 yard stare usage because of Aim assist
I get wrecked of crazy snipers and I check there overall k.d and its a .34 or a .89 but before 1000 yard came out that same guy was a shot gunner .... I'm just saying it . Should take skill not luck 75% of the time... smh

Less aim assist than year 1 snipers, ldr 63 pre nerf, longbow 68 pre nerf.

I feel so dirty when using my 1000 yard cause it's so much of a cheating gun it's not even funny. I can literally shoot through walls and cover with it. I can shoot 2 feet to the side and still get the head shot. I watch the bullets curve in mid air all the time. It's beyond op it's crazy but bungie will just ignore you like they always do. Nothing g will be done about it

Uh. It's not even close to the highest aim assist sniper.

It's the impact, and they can res snipe which is a huge advantage

They use it because it has a high impact, and personally I prefer my Eirene.

1KYS is the most common sniper used because it's a quest reward with pretty good perks and scope. It's not even the highest aim assist sniper. Snipers, and shotguns, have been overshadowing primaries because they are OHK weapons handed out freely in a game type that's primary weapon time to kill mimics that of Halo's. Which completely ignores how Halo balances OHK weapons versus slower TTK primaries. Halo all OHK weapons are picked up in the map and are contested by both teams for their advantage. 1-2 of them are on the map at a time, not 12 from the initial spawn. Nerfing snipers does not address the real issue. Just as nerfing shotguns only have rise to the sniper era. Primary weapons need faster TTK.

3 RepliesThis is what happens when kids destroy weapons by asking nerfs "shotguns *cough*.. If shotguns weren't nerfed for the THIRD time 90% wouldn't be snipping lol
