I've only gotten one achievement too, but I haven't checked. iF it's true, it's possible the helmet could be like another Waypoint addition that they're waiting for just the right time to release. Or, it could be just like a regular helmet that's unlocked at maybe Inheritor, that's why there is no news of it.
