I'd be inclined to say X and Y, since they aren't remakes/reboots of previous titles. That being said, Game Freak and Nintendo have been making millions by rehashing the same game over and over again. Got to hand it to them; they've got a great business model.

I actually do have a lot of respect for game freak. The reason they do remakes is to let us enjoy an old game with new graphics or let new players experience old regions. And while those games are out, they are working on the new generation

Yeah and at least they add to their games instead of a straight re-release
