Just think about it: we're getting a new expansion [b]next September[/b], and Destiny 2 in [b]early 2017[/b]. Between now and then, I'd say we've got two more "free" updates (including the April one). The Dawning has yet to arrive, which I'm guessing will be an event sometime in the [b]Summer[/b]. In other words, they don't have enough [i]time[/i] to release all the raids in three separate updates. If they release them all in one update though (and then add more gear with The Dawning), it should take us right up to the next Expansion in September.
