Most Common Competitive (Sweaty) Rules For Destiny
Hey everyone! Since I've recently been getting into the competitive(Sweaty) scene, I thought I'd list the most commonly used rules by the best of the best. Based on my understanding of competitive PvP, here are the rules we follow.
GENERAL
1. No heavy
2. No special exotics
3. No Exotic Armor
4. No subclass duplicates
5. No intentional suicides
BANNED ABILITIES
1. Backstab
2. Unstoppable
BANNED WEAPONS
1. Pocket Infinity
2. Ice Breaker
3. Sidearms
BANNED WEAPON PERKS
1. Final Round on Snipers and Shot Package (No longer relevant)
2. Rangefinder
3. Luck in the Chamber
GAMEMODES
3v3 (Skirmish, Salvage & Elimination)

4 RepliesAgain what kind of Hipster douche bags come up with these rules and terms for things. Sweats? Do these people lack air conditioning. The only rules you need to follow are the ones put forth by Bungie end of discussion.

No warlock banned ability? (Touch of Flame, Farther range thunderstrike, Viking Funeral, Ignite?) The list could go on. But no backstab and unstoppable and why are special exotics banned?

3 RepliesWow thanks bungie boot my third 2 times in a row in trials get rid of the -blam!-ing errors in this game. It's been out for three years is it that hard to fix! Me and my second had to try and clutch our last game and we made it 4-2 they supered all three rounds and won then we got t-bagged....... AMAZING GAME.... I seriously want to burn bungie to the ground after this one. Plus we all were green baring the whole time....

As far as I know, LiTC and BackStab are allowed again.

No exotics period... But they won't... Can't let go of their best weapons

Sidearms are allowed but you cant switch them to your secondary of choice untill special ammo spawns. As long as your not getting shotgun/snipe ammo before other players than its not a noticeable advantage.
