Scout Rifle PVE question
I knkw there's a thread down from this but my question still isn't answered. I knkw hung jury is the shit. I'm looking for a good legendary scout rifle to use. I'm wanting to be different. Everyone uses a hung jury for pve but I want to go against the grain. Can u guys help me plz?

There's a lot of useful scout rifles. I switch around and use them all. The quartermaster sells a Not Like the Others with reactive reload, explosive rounds, and crowd control. Great setup.
