Weapon : exotic pulse rifle Name : A LOT of time to explain Perk : no hurry Description : becomes the slowest firing gun in the game / takes 4 seconds to draw / takes 6 seconds to reload. (Think "ice breaker" charge time) That would be the biggest piece of shit. I'm scared to give them any ideas with this one.

Shoot to Loot on a rocket launcher. For those who have never heard of the Shoot to Loot perk, basically shooting any type of ammo will pick it up for you. Imagine this on a rocket launcher.
