My main loadout has been for quite a while now a Suros PDX-45, 1000 Yard Stare and Truth. I've been using those in every mode, from Osiris to Control, from Strikes to even Raid. Now I'm getting bored of using the same weapons, which is why I decided to use different weapons in Crucible! For fun of course! Yesterday when I played as a Titan, I swapped my PDX to a Suros Regime, 1000 Yard Stare to a Aoife Rua-D and Truth to a Ruin Wake. Boy did I have fun! Suros Regime is still amazing and a fun weapon and the Aoife Rua-D sniper rifle just handles beautifully. It's kinda like the Raid sniper but with more stability (at least on the roll I have) and has a little more aim assist I think. Sounds nice too! I got a sweet little double kill with one bullet in one match with it. :) Also the Ruin Wake I have is just a beastly machine gun. Love it! Surprisingly in most of my matches I went above my overall K/D which is about a 1.6 I think! Did the same on my Hunter the other day. Instead of the boring 1000 Yard Stare I used the Extrasolar RR4, a sniper I had before I even got the Taken King expansion! It has a pretty solid roll which is why I kept it. Didn't let me down. Scored some nice headshots with it! Also gave Thunderlord a shot. It's still a great MG! I hit a sweet Triple Headshot Kill with it! Shaxx loved it too lol! I'd suggest other Guardians do the same thing every now and then. Try using something new (or old) in Crucible! The results might surprise you. You may even find it fun. :) Pretty random thread lol.
