(The rainbow laser only recives a buff from one active burn effect). When enemies are in close range, shooting the laser will set of a localised blast. (The laser takes 5 seconds to charge). This weapon recharges ammo (3 bullets every 1.78 seconds) with your super charged. Will reload 2x as fast with your grenade charged.
