2 RepliesI have 9 Grasps out of the 9 still don't have one with glass half full !!! Try farming on the heroic strike. Personally i found that it dropped more often then the regular strike ( much harder though )

It's RNG so you aren't guaranteed one. I've still never gotten a Psion Flayer thing either but it is what it is. You just have to keep playing. I got a Grasp last week so the drop isn't broken (and neither is the weapon itself which is what your title would indicate).
