What is Jun-A266's accent?

After watching the video again and again, i still cant figure out Jun's accent. at first it came to me as south african, but then it sounded like an Australian/Hispanic (if thats even possible). Can anyone tell me what the accent really is?
edit: he has an accent that is similar to almost every major accent that we know of.
My thoughts: Im gonna call him a Puerto Reachan.

Especially Hispanic.

I think the idea behind at least some of the accents are that they are supposed to sound like they're not from Earth at all. Jun was born in Tyumen, on the planet New Harmony.

Scandinavian like Ariannas in The Cole Protocol. Has the heavy hits on the "K" "J" and many more. He sounds like a badass sniper to me. That's who I'd wanna be/ play if you could choose.

I've never heard any European people speak English with an accent like Jun. You can't even say European, you know how [i]different[/i] all the accents in Europe are?
