Think the user has a lot to do with it. Still wreck with Grasp, Villany, Nerwins, and especially Hawksaw.

All of those are the faster rate of fire weapons. They are fine, it's the others with higher impact that are worthless in crucible now. I get out gunned by guardians with less health than me with reflection sum never fails at any range.

Yes I've noticed that as well. May attribute some of that to rapid fire controllers too.
