Inconsistency?

So, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who notices this, but I get the feeling that there are some major consistency issues with the gun play. I hope I'm not the only one who notices this... An example I have is Nerwins Mercy, I got the god tier roll that Salad was selling, cause why wouldn't you get that one? Now every so often... I see other Nerwins that fire faster than they should. As a Striker Titan with max armor and pieces that give more armor for my sub class, I'm getting two bursted by Nerwins that are firing as fast as a Malok. Or two tapped by a single MIDA is another example. How is it that if you fire first... for some reason the other player can two tap you as a max armor Striker? Is there still connection issues that are playing, did Bungie lie about fixing this problem? And it's not just guns, grenades don't seem to do what they are meant to. I'm pointing out the Fusion and Trip mines here... a fusion isn't sticking to a player, it just bounces off their head... or a Trip mine pops while an enemy stands on your trip mine and doesn't take any damage. Am I the only one noticing inconsistency problems are happening more lately?

  • Shotguns are being severely inconsistent, if I hit shoot you twice by invective at 2 feet away while we are both standing still you should be dead, but it only chopped about 3/5 of their health.
