2 RepliesEdited by FrenetiCreature: 3/4/2016 11:33:41 AMI run self-rez sometimes and over-shield other times, full armor, Rams Head, chest piece with extra defense for solar, Viking Funeral, Touch of Flame, Solar Grenades, and over-shield upon scorch hit. It can be fun, but it's no guarantee to get a kill as soon as you self-rez. Your scorch and grenades takes a second to become available. I've hit people with melee as soon as I rez'd before and it barely damaged them, because scorch wasn't ready yet. Also, all it takes is a shotgun blast and a melee, or a couple of teammates to easily take down a warlock that just rez'd. Because, warlocks don't get an overshield when they rez. They have to hit someone with scorch first to get an overshield, and that's only if they have the perk selected that gives an overshield when they hit someone with scorch. You can only either self-rez or get an overshield from using the Sunsinger super. You can't have both, they are 2 different perks. Besides, Sunsingers usually only get 1 or 2 kills per super use on average. If you get lucky and have a good run or are in the right place at the right time, you can get 3 or 4 kills. But, the grenades are not OHK, unless you use stickies, but they aren't like hammers, arrows, novas, or gg. You have to get close and aim and get lucky. Scorch is a OHK, but it's a melee, you have to be able to get close enough, plus it has a cooldown.

I have said this once, I will say it again. Warlocks are the ONLY class that do NOT posess a OHK non-sticky grenade out of all 3 classes, so just shut it man... The gunslinger/sunbreaker passives are far better in the columns that ToF and VF are in. Oh, what about Hunters turning your screen black with their smokes and just wombo-combo'ing your ass. [spoiler]I hope you get an arc blade through the chest.[/spoiler]
