Refer-a-friend not working
I upgraded to The Taken King last weekend. The friend I play with, sent me a refer-a-friend link this past weekend. When I click on it, I get the following error: Error!
You have already played Destiny: The Taken King.
This token is no longer valid.
Please help!

Unfortunately once you receive this error, you may no longer qualify as a referee. You can still do the refer a friend program as a veteran to a new referee if you wish

As it has now been over 7 days for sure, will probably need some help from Bungie to resolve this issue.
