Edited by Siffow: 3/1/2016 12:07:35 AMHi jtj13731, I see you have tried clearing your console cache and power cycling your router. Can you make sure that you did so as described in the below two guides? This helps us establish a baseline for troubleshooting. Guide to clearing console cache: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 Guide to power cycling your network hardware: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11877 If those two troubleshooting steps continue to not resolve the issue, you may want to take a look through our Network Troubleshooting Guide as a next step. It includes several recommendations to help ensure your network is optimized for Destiny. Here is a link: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 If that still does not resolve the issue, you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider to investigate potential issues with the stability of your connection. If you do contact your ISP, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your ISP to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are playing Destiny.

Tried all this listed, no go. My ISP has no issues, I've contacted them and I can simultaneously stream on one comp, dl movies on another and play Xbox live with EVERY OTHER game I own with no issues. Microsoft and my account has no issues as I've also contacted them. Only problem... Destiny. Seems to me it's an issue with the update and the problem is on Bungies end because everything on my end is running very smooth.... I guess I gotta wait for another update but most likely just done with this game, too many issues overall with it... smh.

1 ReplyTry clearing your console cache and restoring your licenses. If that does not work try a hard reset

2 RepliesAre you on Xbox 360 and or using a trial subscription as these are unsupported by destiny.
Xbox Live Gold is required to join Fireteams and play some online activities on the Xbox One or Xbox 360, such as Strikes, the Raid, and the Crucible. Please note: Xbox Live Gold is required to download and play on Xbox platforms. 48-hour, 7-day, and 14-day Xbox Live Gold trials are not supported on Xbox 360.
1 ReplyDoes it say any error codes? You might have to talk to Microsoft and see what's going on or check the status of the xbox servers.
