What ever happened to Archer and Toad?
In MW2, on the level where you and Ghost attack Makarov's safehouse, what ever happened to to Archer and Toad, the snipers who were supporting you throughout the level?

Either they were killed too or just told that Ghost/Roach didn't make it.
