Was This the Worst Iron Banner Every
I've played since the first banner. This one was so bad I don't know if I want to continue to play til some dlc drops. 95% of all games were laggy and when they weren't it felt like me vs the world. The damage referee make it impossible to kill some people . Every gun accept the sniper needs buff. Just a sad state where Destiny is right now.

1 ReplyI was expecting an improvement as I recently went hard wired about a month or so ago. Nope, didn't notice any improvement. Everyone starts of as having Green Connections and once we spawn in the inconsistency with connections starts. Players(myself included) are Red Bar, then yellow, and eventually make it to Green. My fireteam is typically composed of people who live in the same city as I do and all have the same ISP. We are all hard wired yet we all seem to take turns dealing with the shitty connections. The lag was so bad Thursday night I couldn't even read my radar. Where my radar showed an enemy there wasn't. Hit markers not registering, players ping ponging around the map. I don't know but Thursday goes down as one of the worst nights of Iron Banner I've ever experienced in Destiny. It's not FUN when the game isn't functioning properly.

I'm a solo player this IB is rough as hell. I'm a git gud scrub, however most of the time I can manage a decent 1.0/1.5 in most playlist. In IB I'm getting rekt finishing lost games at .045 and lower. Spawn kills and I can never seem to get a one on one match up. I feel like 3 vs 1 in every encounter.

Haven't noticed, I don't ever see much lag, games have been very close almost every time. I have only had 1 really outstanding game this time, got a 7.5 K/D, I think I just got lucky.

My KD is like a fooking JOJO Yesterday I played with two Dutch friends... one of them kept getting host advange ... 5 games in a row... however if he is host... he goes positive and rest of team mostly is shooting BLANKS ... he thinks he is GOD coz he almost always gets host advantage and thinks all other players suck... As soon as he left I had positve KD again... Im not sure what Bungie is doing... but its impossible to play and enjoy the game like this. This friend lives in same country as me... could be our ISP dont like each other...but I doubt it. Im sure if I ping him I have ping below 100 MS ... so what the fook is going on ... why dont my bullets register half of the time when he is host ? I stopped playing with this guy, since its just unbarable on his host connection, he cant help it... he wasnt even fireteam leader... kept getting host advantage... this is a joke bungie...a bad joke ! Some matches Im host is not fun either...normally Im good host with not uber host advantage... but this iron banana I also get god mode sometimes... its ridiculous !

Lag I can deal with. 260 drops when I am 310 is just retarded. It is not 'RNG'. The clowns at bunghole just do not want anyone to get decent drops so we will continue to play this turd sandwich

Don't play until it works. Just wasting time, getting frustrated, and complaining to deaf ears with full pockets. I stopped a long time ago, only play limited PVE, and no longer ready to scream at the screen. In fact I have more fun reading about how much more broken it is than when I played last. Bet if Silver were at stake, this wouldn't be an issue!

3 RepliesI agree whole heartedly, if I'm not getting sniped by entire teams then I'm getting beaten with a scout rifle at close range. Such utter shite this time around. They need to bring back control it's far more "fun" Pretty sure the damage referee is also bull shot and the SBMM is trash. Some games I played = 0.5 k/d ratio others I played as high as 4.0... How can that be skill based?? Trying to get the primary weapon kills on the bounty is an absolute joke.
