How do you get 3oc, I'm a noob(kinda) just bought the TTK DLC since I haven't been on destiny for a while and doing things solo from the get go, it seems as I move forward in this expansion it's forcing me to play with other people to actually progress and get better gear anyways how u get 3oc?
