So hard to decide. Which would you choose for PvP and why? Both have ATA Scout and ATD Raptor, but...
#1 has:
Outlaw
Zen Moment
High Caliber Rounds / Armour Piercing Rounds / Injection Mold
#2 has:
Rodeo
Feeding Frenzy
Explosive Rounds / Snapshot / Braced Frame

1 ReplyRodeo does almost entirely nothing on a sniper, therefore I chose #1, however, snapshot.

2 RepliesThe gun is made for quick drag scopes. It has a high aim assist value, allowing you to really make the most of on the fly snipes. Therefore, #2 gets my vote for the simple fact of snapshot. That being said, rodeo is better than zen moment on a sniper. It doesn't do much, but it will do more consistently than zen moment. And feeding frenzy in my opinion is better than outlaw. Sure, you aim for the head, but the headshot isn't always the best or even available shot. If you can shoot someone on the foot as they round a corner and kill them, I'll take that every time hands down. And you'll get a reload buff for it still.

1 Reply2# is the best but 1# is the finniest woth armor-piercing rounds sometime it's funny to try to wallbang someone :D

1 ReplyThe one with lower zoom and Snapshot.

1 ReplyThe one on my titan

1 ReplySnapshot is always good

3 RepliesSnapshot is the best

2 Replies1st gun outlaw is alright but not needed. zen moment is simply bad on a sniper rifle. 1 shot or 2 shots is all you should ever need, and the benefit is far too small for it to be useful. the tree perks are also just bad for a sniper. injection mold is meh at best as far as stability perks go, and it is the best of the three you have. 2nd gun rodeo is meh on a sniper as it simply removes horizontal kick feeding frenzy is much more forgiving as a reload perk, so even though it doesn't increase as much as outlaw it is more consistent snapshot is always welcome on a sniper rifle braced frame... I have mixed feelings about on a sniper. the smaller magazine size might be an issue if are not careful. but you do get a great stability bonus. explosive rounds are just bad. so... if I really had to choose I would say the 2nd gun. but my advice would be to wait, and keep looking a sniper with better perks. I am also a bit biased, as I don't care for that archetype of sniper rifles. I like the 19/31 archetype a bit better. which you can get a 1k stare at the vendor, or run prison of elders until you get a Her Benevolence instead. but that is just me. :)

1 Reply1 and aim at the head 100% of time

6 RepliesSnapshot is good but not sure if that's as good on an omolon sniper as on a regular one. I'd say the first one due to injection mold which gives a bit reload speed, snapshot, quickdraw, AND stability, and outlaw is good for quickly reloading. feeding frenzy on the second roll is also good but rodeo is useless and don't know if snapshot is that good on omolon
-
Rodeo basically does nothing...so I'd go with the first one

4 RepliesOutlaw and zen moment are pretty worthless PvP perks. Especially in that combination. I'd use the second simply because of snapshot and feeding frenzy being more forgiving than Outlaw. In reality you should probably go for another roll alltogether.

2 RepliesI wouldn't choose #2 because of the tree perks
