Twilight Garrison is the best Titan exotic since Helm of Saint 14

2 RepliesThe extra special/heavy ammo perk makes it very good too. If you get increased void armor with it, it's great in pve too when playing as a defender.

For PvP, yes. When they work, Ruin Wings are amazing. Combined with Defender, you can be an orb factory.
