It's snipers, and I bet you can name one that almost all of that majority is using. If you guessed the thousand yard stare, you are correct. If this game has any type of special weapon balance, you'd see a hell of a lot more fusions, side arms, and shotguns being used, but you don't, because a sniper is easily the best option in almost every situation right now, which is not ok. Go play trials or IB today and tell me how many snipers you see compared to the other three special weapon types combined, or just how many 1k stares you see combines to the other special weapon types.
