Iron Banner drop rates are HORRENDOUS once again

Update I'm rank 3.5 on all guys. I just had a sniper drop with Grenadier perfect balance and hidden hand. No shortgaze but it's got ambush

You have to go negative to get the goods..in this iron I wander around giving little effort to win or go positive.so far 4 snipers..3 helmets..3 gloves. Rank 4.5
