Yes! They get the drop on me every time. Every shotgun blast, every sniper shot, every melee. every primary shot.

There's little doubt that the new "matchmaking" is favoring and giving advantage to players that have the magic connection formula, and I honestly don't think it has anything to do with the actual quality of the internet.
